My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Although the staff was helpful and respectful, the room situation was a bit of a disaster. However, the location was convenient for exploring the city.

The staff made me feel safe and welcomed, though the outside areas were messy with piled-up trash and unpleasant smells. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's effort to ensure my comfort was appreciated, even though the lack of attention to cleanliness was disappointing.
